I just want to
point out that you can do backup at
anytime you want. As a general
rule of thumb, I would never keep more than
2 copies of my backup files on-line
otherwise they would use up
our disk space
(I do
keep all these backup files on my own PC by
downloading them from OIA) To
restore your backup file is task that can
only be performed by the OIA
administrators. There's usually a nominal
fee for performing such a service. I
have heard through the grapevine that, in the near future, OIA
will come out with a whole host of software that
not only lets you view or search your data
offline, but also lets you work offline and
upload them later. |
